- Strategic: Reviewing and/or supporting decisions about the use of resources, programs and services.
- Generative: Supporting the development of new ideas and initiatives in line with PEFHT mission, vision an values.
- Fiduciary: Legal responsibilities of the Board in guiding the FHT.
