Mental Health appointments can be arranged by your primary care provider, nurse practitioner or PEFHT Community Clinic support.
Our Mental Health Team includes:

A multi-disciplinary team is ready to respond to crisis calls and offer emergency mental health intervention in the form of assessments, referrals, short-term crisis resolution, or simply information. The mental health crisis may have been brought about by a relationship breakdown, the loss of a loved one, forms of abuse, or any number of life stresses. As well, our team is well-trained to care for persons suffering from symptoms of mental illness.

Provides low-barrier, responsive care to individuals with substance use concerns on a time-limited basis with an aim of assessment, initial stabilization and transition to community-based services. The RAAM clinic consists of a multi-disciplinary team including: Addiction Counsellor, Nurse Practitioner, Peer Support Worker, Registered Nurse, Registered Practical Nurse, Trauma Therapist.
